The Cabell-Huntington Health Department (CHHD) welcomes complaints as we see them as opportunities to learn, improve, and provide better services. CHHD is committed to delivering high quality public health services and welcomes customer feedback on its services, performance, and staff as a means of monitoring and improving service delivery to customers, as well as enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The department is also committed to ensuring that all customer complaints are managed in a responsive, efficient, effective, and fair manner.

Although it is not required, we ask that you leave your contact information so we can communicate with you if we need clarification on your complaint.  Complaints submitted anonymously will still be investigated.​
