As of Monday, January 25, online registration for COVID-19 vaccination is moving to a new location. In collaboration with WV DHHR the Cabell-Huntington Health Department will be utilizing the Everbridge platform for COVID-19 vaccine registration and scheduling.

West Virginians will now have access to a COVID-19 vaccination pre-registration tool available statewide at vaccinate.wv.gov. At this time, West Virginians 65 years of age and older and certain high-risk priority groups who are pre-registered will receive a text, phone call or email with an appointment once it is available to their group and in their geographical area. Those who are not in the current priority groups are able to pre-register online and will be offered an appointment when eligible based on limited supply. If assistance is needed with registration, please contact the WV COVID-19 Vaccine Info Line 1-833-734-0965 (Mon. – Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sat. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or the Cabell-Huntington Health Department COVID-19 Hotline 304-526-3383 (Mon. – Fri. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Note: You are encouraged to create an account in this system even if you have received a first dose of the vaccine or you are already on a waitlist through a local health department or healthcare provider. ALL West Virginians over the age of 16 are encouraged to pre-register through the West Virginia COVID-19 Vaccine Registration System.
