Request for Proposal: Internet Based Telephone System

The Cabell-Huntington Health Department is seeking sealed proposals for the installation of an internetbased telephone system. This system will include the hardware, software, sixty-two (62) internet-based desk stations, three (3) switchboard phones, and include five (5) analogue telephone lines for fax lines and emergency back-up. The current system will be an agency integrated system including all hardware, software, peripherals and installation labor.
