HUNTINGTON, West Virginia – The Cabell-Huntington Board of Health will host a public hearing on Wednesday, January 22nd at 5:00 PM for the proposed new regulation titled; A Regulation Eliminating Electronic Smoking Devices in Workplaces and Public Places. This is a public hearing and attendees will have the opportunity to address the Cabell-Huntington Board of Health with any comments regarding the proposed regulation. A full copy of the regulation is available at cabellhealth.org. This hearing will be held in the 2nd floor conference room at Cabell-Huntington Health Department, 703 7th Avenue, Downtown Huntington.
The Cabell-Huntington Board of Health will conduct their regularly scheduled board meeting immediately following the public hearing.
