Proposed Electronic Smoking Devices Regulation

The Cabell-Huntington Board of Health located at 703 Seventh Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701 is proposing a new regulation titled; A Regulation Eliminating Electronic Smoking Devices in Workplaces and Public Places. A copy of the full proposed Regulation may also be obtained from the Cabell-Huntington Health Department. Written comments will be received by the Cabell-Huntington Board of Health until the close of business on Tuesday, January 7th 2020. Comments should be mailed to Cabell-Huntington Board of Health c/o Elizabeth Adkins 703 7th Avenue Huntington, WV 25701.

A full copy of the proposed regulation is posted at the following locations for review: Cabell-Huntington Health Department, 703 Seventh Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701, 304-523-6483. Copies of the application are available at the Cabell County Courthouse, Huntington City Hall, the Cabell County Library.
