School Immunizations
We are providing back to school immunizations at different locations throughout the county in the month of August. For more information, click the link below. We will only be doing back to school immunizations at these clinics, no other services will be offered. It is also recommended that 7th graders have their immunization records checked and brought up-to-date before starting school. We will be offering this service at the Health Department on certain days. For more information click the link below. Immunizations are free for all children. No appointment is necessary for these clinics.

7th Grade Immunization Initiative
Flu Shots
Seasonal and H1N1 flu shots are given every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 to 11:00 AM and 1:00 to 3:00 PM. This vaccine is free for anybody.
Please remember that good personal hygiene measures can limit the spread of the flu virus. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Covering your mouth when you sneeze and discarding the tissue in a closed container.
- Frequent hand washing with hot soapy water.Avoiding rubbing your eyes.
- Avoid going out in places such as schools, workplaces, theaters, etc. if you are infected.
